Common Questions
I only know my budget. Is that enough?
Absolutely. Tell us who it's for and what you want to spend. We'll give you options that look and feel worth giving.
Can you help if I have absolutely no idea what to gift?
That's our favourite kind of brief. We do the thinking so you don't have to.
Can I order one gift, or do you only do bulk orders?
We curate gifts of all sizes, from a single thoughtful box to hundreds of corporate hampers.
How much notice do you need?
A week is comfortable for large orders. For single boxes or smaller requests, a day or two is usually fine.
Can you handle last-minute requirements?
Usually, yes. If we have the inventory, we'll pack it. Call us and ask.
Do you deliver across multiple locations?
We handle local deliveries in Raipur. If your list involves multiple cities, let's talk and figure out the logistics.
Can gifts be personalised?
Yes. Ribbons, tags, and custom notes can all be added to make it feel like it came directly from you.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Occasion, approximate quantity, budget, and when you need it. We'll take it from there.
