Once confirmed, orders for customised gifts, bulk hampers, and bespoke catering cannot be cancelled. These items are made specifically to your requirements and materials are procured immediately upon order confirmation.
For non-customised, standard stock items, cancellations may be permitted if requested within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Advances paid for bespoke catering or large corporate orders are generally non-refundable unless TohfaWohfa is unable to fulfill the commitment.
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any claims for damage or defects must be reported to our delivery staff immediately or communicated to us with photographic evidence within 2 hours of receipt. We will assess the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or appropriate refund.
