Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once TohfaWohfa provides a formal Order Confirmation and Payment Receipt, and the required advance payment is received.
Customised and perishable orders require a mandatory advance payment. The specific advance amount will be detailed in your Order Confirmation. Production or procurement begins only upon receipt of this advance.
Due to the bespoke nature of our gifts, slight variations in color, arrangement, or packaging may occur based on material availability. We ensure any substitution is of equal or greater value and maintains the overall aesthetic.
Items such as fresh food, catering trays, and certain hampers are perishable. We are not responsible for deterioration if delivery is delayed due to incorrect address details provided or recipient unavailability.
