While we make every effort to meet your requested delivery date and time, specific timings are subject to operational constraints and traffic conditions. We will communicate any expected delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure the provided delivery address and contact numbers are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.
For orders containing fresh food or perishable items, immediate receipt is required. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed receipt or inadequate storage by the recipient after delivery.
